Not True! the gave us court appointed lawyer my lawyer was unorganized, illiterate,unprofessional, and etc. and his lawyer was on her ****. i called my lawyer back to back to back never getting a call back. the had court march 10 and i didn't show because my dumb lawyer didn't tell me what day. on that day do to fact that i didn't show they granted him custody of both my kids my 4 year old and 3 yea old the 4 year old is not his!!! he sometimes would throw this up in my face. they granted me visitation every other weekend like i did drugs or hurt my kids. so i went along with it but sometime he would miss my visitations or would let me see them. my daughter turned 4 in july and it was my weekend to get her. i spent like 300 dollars at chucky cheese that went down the drain because he thought it would be cute for me not to see my daughter. he got out the militery in sept and left the state without letting me know anything. i havent seen my kids in almost a month on the 14 of oct and only talked to them twice!! wat can i do??? please give me advice. i am only 22 and got alot going on

He's a nice guy, he's not shy but you can tell he's weary of letting his feelings shown in case of getting hurt. He's not the best looking guy and my friends say I can do better blah blah blah and that i'm the first girl they've seen him with. But he is sweet, affectionate but not overly charming, our sense of humour is very similar and i feel really comfortable around him. Will I Lose Weight This Way?

Hi everyone. I'm currently at uni, have put on a significant number of pounds and would like to lose weight. I have signed up for the gym and was wondering if I did 25 minutes of cardio 5 days a week combined with light weight work, will I lose weight? Typical food for the day would be speacial k/all bran for breakfast, lunch a salad or sandwich dinner brown rice, some kind of meat/fish and veg....fruit for snacks....plenty of water/green tea through out the day. My Pond water is incredibly green...WHY? 10 points to best answer?

OK so i have a 90 gallon pond. With a filter that is on during the day and off during the night. It has ONE goldfish in it. At the begining of summer after the pond thawed out, the water was clear and the goldfish alive and happy(I had put him in aduring the summer and he survived the cold cold winter). Then as the spring has progressed, the water has gotten gradually green. Why? is this bad? and if so how do i reverse it?

I am confused on how to jump, ollie, bunny hop, whatever you want to call it. I was just wondering if to do it, do you jump up with both feet at once? Or do you lift your front foot up and then your back? I think I am doing it wrong because every time I go off a jump, either my front goes too far up, or I land sideways. Please help me out. Absolutely not! I read probably 4 to 5 books a week. I work full time, too, so it's not like I lay around the house all day, reading and eating bonbons! There were a lot of books I hated from high school but some I loved too. I probably would never have read Macbeth on my own, but the Shakespeare influence has stuck with me most of my life and was the beginning of the realization of how many famous quotes and sayings are from that one man (whoever he really was!) My love of reading started young and I've never grown tired of it. Over the years I've given up my old personal requirement of having to finish any book I start. As I began to realize just how short life is, I now do not hesitate to close and toss aside a book if it doesn't seem to be doing it for me. More time for the really good ones! Let yourself go and read anything you like and develop a taste for. From trashy novels to non fiction treatises on chaos theory. Nothing like a well balanced diet! Good luck.

My dad and his wife usually take my 2 yr old daughter to church with them on Sunday. i started having this pain in my left hip area almost 2 weeks ago now. it feels kind of like a cramp and its only mild pain but if i put weight on my left foot and then stand normal again i have a sharp pain. i thought it had gotten better yesterday because there was almost no pain but today i had basketball training and now it feels worse and the pain has spread into my backside area as well as my hip. what could be wrong with me??

When slow cooking a turkey do I cover the bird or not?

I'm tired of dried out turkey on Thanksgiving. I am going to slow cook the bird for 20 hours at 185 degrees and use 2 temp probes to prove the meat is 185 degrees. Many so called chefs advise against this since they are part of the commercial cooking industry. But me being an engineer I know turkey juices boil at 212 and it takes 977 btu's to boil off a pound of water therefore the real way to make a turkey juicy without replacing the natural juice with saltwater brine is to slow cook the bird. My real question is do you slow cook a turkey with the cover on the whole time or remove it at some point?

When my baby was born, he first came out and started sucking. Then I was feeding. He used my nipple as a pacifier. Then we tried to get him a pacifier similar to the nipple, but he won't take it. Who should I start? I have Gates as my starter and Clark as bench. Both are studs. Okay well my best friend used to talk to me a lot and say how much she appreciated our friendship and it was very liberating to hear that, it was great. Until one day when she got dumped by a boyfriend she really liked and she all of a sudden changed. It's hard to explain but I'll do my best. I had this problem with my son. One day I had a talk with him, (small one cause he won't sit still long) and told him that he is a big boy now and big boys/girls don't need a pacifier. I took the pacifiers and gave them to him. We walked to the trash can and he threw them away one by one saying bye bye to each one. Then when they were all gone I made a very big deal of how proud i was of him for doing that. Then for the next two nights he wanted his pacifiers but i sat down and talked to him for a minute and reminded him of how he is a big boy and doesn't need them anymore. Then i left him in his room with his stuffed dog, and after 10 minutes of fussing he went to sleep. This took about a week of doing and he hasn't needed a pacifier since. I'm currently 29 years old. Through the first 20 years of my life I was forced to live in solitude by an emotionally abusive alcoholic uncle. I was afraid to have friends over because of his violent rages. After I turned 21 and started my career I lost myself in my work. I became a heavy workoholic working 6 days a week and constantly focusing myself on fixing other people's problems. By 29 everyone's lives had begun to settle down. I had changed careers to something completely slower than what I was used to. As the haze began to wear off I realized that I have problems with intimacy and establishing friendships so I began to see a counselor. In actuality I had still carried all of the signs of being in that abusive environment. I still seclude myself from people who want to know me as a person. My question is that if it's possible for someone to drive a kid so madly insane that they don't really know who they are? Is it possible to break a cycle that you have known all of your life to be so lost in your own thoughts that you can't even determine what is real or not? I'm not a bad person. I just don't know who I am.
