I need to know if anyone else takes birth control, and is 30? What are you going through?

I still take birth control, Ortho-Cept. I have been going through some bad mood swings, depression, severe cramps, headaches, nerve problems, sweats (day or night), etc. I haven't felt like this before. I don't understand what I am going through, but it's pretty bad. I stay nervous all the time. I get reallly aggravated at the least little thing. It's like I am going through menopause, lol. Seriously! I feel like just hiding somewhere by myself and crying. But I just started going through this, here in the past two or three weeks. I need to know if some other women are going through this? Or have you been through it before? Please help me. Give me some idea what could help?
