Why is gay marriage bad?

Gay marriage is in no way bad. Gay couples getting married does not at all harm society. Also there are legal rights straight married couples enjoy that should be allowed to gay couples who love each other. So many children are left in orphanages, abandoned, thrown from foster home to foster home with gay marriage couples can adopt a child and create a stable, loving environment for a child that would be otherwise ignored.
