I have a burn on my calf don't know what to do or if its infected?

I burnt my leg on a metal bench the blister didnt heal normaly and it popped i washed it and kept it clean all that good stuff. Now it is scabbed over with what looks like skin or somethen inside of it. Also has red around it but its not painfull just tight and solid. Is it infected if so what should i do i dont like hospitals rather do it myself
