Are their "low credit "credit cards out their for people with no credit history?

i recently turned on utility services in my name several actually have a bank account and of course money if this info helps lol but i want to get a credit card but evidently i have no credit and i need co-signer for things, how can i avoid that and get a credit card with my name solely and if possible but if i need a co-signer where should i go to get started or how, for that matter
