Employment Support Allowance Appeals - experiences?

As "cowpat" has said, go to C.A.B, but act now or the appeal may be out of time, believe it has to be made within 28 days from the date of the decision. She will need form GL24 and as much evidence as possible in support of her appeal, it is best to take this for the first visit to C.A.B so that enables the adviser to expedite any action possible on her behalf. I am an ex-adviser but have been away from C.A.B too long so as to give up to date advice. Hope things go well.
