2 month old won't take pacifier!! What else should I give him.?

When my baby was born, he first came out and started sucking. Then I was feeding. He used my nipple as a pacifier. Then we tried to get him a pacifier similar to the nipple, but he won't take it. He has to go to sleep w/a bottle. And he's choked on it once. When he falls asleep I take the bottle away and he wakes right back up. He's also been trying to suck on his hands. But he still doesn't have much control of that yet. So I kinda think he's going to be a thumb sucking baby. But what should I give him so he won't fall asleep w/a bottle?
