Opinions please ladies...?

In the past, when you have taken a liking to a guy at work, how did you let him know you fancied him? Was it simply eye contact with a smile as you ped each other in the corridor, did you start a conversation, did you hang round his office making yourself visible to him in the hope that he'd get the hint, or did you use more devious methods? lol
