Is This E-Hero Deck Regional Worthy?

Pretty good, but you need a few more monsters. You also want to get rid of 2 or 3 spells. My suggestion is that you add in 1 more Sparkman, 1 more Burstinatrix, 1 more Avian, 1 more Clayman, and 1 more Wildheart. I would also take out your Reinforcement of the Army cards. They're not worth having in your deck. That would give you a perfect balance of 23 monsters and 23 total spells & traps. The fusion deck looks okay, but I would add in an E Hero Steam Healer. That's about it.
