Please help? Genital Warts...?

I recently had a baby and during my pregnancy I had an outbreak of Genital Warts, might I add I have only ever had one ual partner (I feel people asume I'm some mad dirty woman when they hear about this =/) during my pregnancy I had freezing treatment (OW!) but was advised to stop and come back 6 weeks after the birth as it wasn't really making much of a difference and only causing me discomfort for little results. anyway I had to have a C section and now a mum (yay XD), this was 11 days ago. I've had a nosey down there and was in shock at how bad it has gotten...some are fairly huge :( I'm feeding and worried that because of that and that there is quite a bit there and of a fair size I'd have to go under the knife which is so not what I want AT ALL. I'm wondering if maybe theyll calm down or maybe even go away completely on their own?? I'm really scared =/
