Why is it that the 2nd and 4th most populous Muslim countries have elected female leaders but not the US?

USA and the other two countries Bangladesh and Pakistan are completely different countries. USA deals with itself, additionally but very importantly with the rest of the world. The events between these two types countries are not comparable. The election of females in Bangladesh and Pakistan for leadership positions are exclusively at the hands of the king makers. It requires tremendous level and volumes of judicious governmental executives to run America. For Bangladesh and Pakistan the skills are tested only prior to wining an election and the aftermath is thuggery. But these thugs would intelligently use the facade of the ladies who has no clout apart from being the wife or daughter of murdered head of state.
