What are your thoughts regarding Senator Kerry's proposal to normalize travel for Americans to Cuba?

Being a Cuban American, I see it differently. Why reward Castro? This will benefit him and his murderous regime. I say wait until the ancient dictator dies then perhaps we can resume relations.
