How do i find the result of an equation? (chemistry)?

I have the equation iron oxide + sulphuric acid , and i need to know how i discover what substance is formed from this equation. i think it involves finding valency, and other such things. please keep it at its simplest as im not fantastic at chemistry. please describe the steps i need to take in order to find this out. thanks in advance!
