How can i make him open up & express his feelings? adults pls?

he is so in love with me but something goes wrong bec he doesn't want to open up with me although i am sure of his love & he's sure i love him as much as him............ so what's wrong? i don't know... he is so jealous too.... so why does he keeping his emotions inside his heart without expressing his feelings with me.... he is in love with me....me too....... how can i make him open up with me ......... it's too painfull for both of us to keep our feeling inside.... and the man should take the first move.... specially he is sure of my feelings toward him................ i just need him to express his feelings it's my wish ,,, can you help me guys & tell me what should i do ????
